Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your claim is approved. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipment: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and components. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the defect is verified, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time for refunds may take 7 to 15 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Replacements
- If you prefer, we can replace the defective item with an identical product (subject to availability).
- Replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
